Thanks for this very nice program. I appreciate the author's understanding the theory of relativity. But the program can be still better. So far it deals with shape and colour effects. I would like to suggest adding time effects. For example one of objects should be a ticking clock. When it escapes from us we would see slower mowenents of the hands. I also think that among the objects there should be a very natural one - a galaxy. I look forward to the improvements.

I would like to continue the topic of galaxies. They are the only big material things moving at speeds considerbly high. Objects in the program turn white at high speeds. Yet galaxies do not turn white. Their ultraviolet light becomes visible, and the red light becomes infrared. Because of that we can see galaxies a little different. Some parts of them become stronger and other parts become fainter. I think that there are photos of galaxies taken at different wavelenths. So the program could be improved to show such things. A very difficult task? Why not to dream. I really appreciate the knowledge and skills of the programmer. Instead of galaxies we can take a flower. It also does not turn white if we change the part of light spectrum. I think it is an interesting topic, and maybe someone can find appropriate data or pictures?

Hi there,
I'm no longer developing Warp so it's unlikely that there will be any further improvements. However, the source code is available. If you (or anyone else) wants to change/improve Warp, I'd be happy to help get started. The code can be found at http://sourceforge.net/projects/relativitysim/
